Your first consultation
Your first consultation: an evaluation, not a sales visit
Your first visit is a physician evaluation with Kenny Chantasi, DO — in the office or by telemedicine. You leave with a clear explanation, a written plan and, if a procedure is recommended, a written estimate. Nothing is sold to you that day.
Scheduling opens securely in Prospyr · in-office or telemedicine evaluation

What happens, step by step
So nothing about the handoff surprises you: the booking button takes you to Prospyr, the secure scheduling system PrimeCell uses. It is a separate site with its own privacy protections.
Choose a visit type
In Prospyr, select “New Initial and follow-up in-office evaluation” or “Telemedicine New Patient Evaluation”, then a date and time.
Confirm your details
Enter your contact details so the office can confirm the appointment. Prospyr, not a web form on this site, handles your information.
Evaluation with Dr. Chantasi
History, goals, examination, and review of your imaging or labs. Ultrasound is used in the office when it answers a real question.
Your written plan
Options, trade-offs and what to skip — plus a written estimate before any procedure. You decide afterwards, in your own time.
In-office or telemedicine
Which kind of first visit to choose
Either is a real physician evaluation. The difference is whether an examination is needed before a plan can be made.
Choose an in-office evaluation for
- Joint, back, neck, tendon or nerve pain — these depend on a hands-on exam
- Questions about PRP, PRF or cell-based options
- Aesthetic treatments that need an in-person skin and facial assessment
- Anyone who would simply rather meet in person
2295 S Hiawassee Rd, Ste 103, Orlando · Directions & arrival
A telemedicine evaluation can work for
- GLP-1 medical weight management
- Hormone therapy for women and men
- A first conversation about goals before an in-person aesthetic visit
- Patients in Florida who cannot easily come in first
An in-person exam, ultrasound or labs may still be needed before any treatment is recommended.
In the room
What the visit covers
The PrimeCell Candidacy Assessment for pain and regenerative care, and the PrimeCell Aesthetic Goals Assessment for aesthetics, follow the same principle: diagnosis before options.
Short answer
Dr. Chantasi takes your history, examines you, reviews what you bring, and explains what he thinks is going on. Only then are options discussed — with their evidence, FDA status, risks and cost — including the option of doing nothing yet.
- Your history
- Symptoms, what has and has not helped, medications, prior procedures and your goals.
- Examination
- Focused on the question you came with — musculoskeletal and neurological for pain; skin and facial movement for aesthetics.
- Records review
- Imaging, labs and notes you bring. Further tests are suggested only when they would change the plan.
- Options
- Compared plainly: rehabilitation, conventional treatment, medication, procedures — and what to skip.
- Questions
- Time to ask about anything you have read, including this site’s patient journal.
Preparation
What to bring
- A photo ID
- A list of current medications and supplements, with doses
- Imaging reports or discs (MRI, X-ray, ultrasound), recent lab results and relevant records
- Notes on prior treatment: injections, surgery, therapy, weight-loss medications, aesthetic treatments
- For telemedicine: a quiet, private space and a device with a camera
Records help, but they are not required to book. If you do not have them yet, come anyway.
Afterwards
What happens after the visit
A decision made at home, with the facts in writing, is a better decision than one made in the chair.
A written plan
What Dr. Chantasi thinks is going on, the options that fit, and the ones he would not recommend for you.
A written estimate
If a procedure is recommended, you receive a written estimate before anything is scheduled. Nothing is sold the day of your evaluation.
Your decision
Schedule treatment when you are ready, ask more questions, or decide not to proceed. “Not a candidate right now” is a valid outcome.
Self-pay
Cost and payment
PrimeCell is a self-pay practice and does not bill insurance; no referral is needed. The consultation fee is confirmed when you schedule. Procedure costs depend on the diagnosis, the area, the product and the number of visits, so they are quoted in writing after your evaluation — never before it.
Changes & privacy
Rescheduling, cancelling and your information
To cancel or reschedule, call (407) 512-8878, Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM.
Please do not send detailed health information through general email or social media. Share it at your visit, by phone, or through Prospyr’s secure messaging. Notice of privacy practices.
Will I be treated at my first consultation?
The first visit is an evaluation. Whether any treatment makes sense — and when — is decided afterwards, with a written plan and estimate in hand.
How long does the first consultation take?
Long enough to take a proper history, examine you and answer your questions. The time is confirmed when you book; call (407) 512-8878 if you have a scheduling constraint.
Is Prospyr part of PrimeCell’s website?
No. Prospyr is the secure third-party scheduling and messaging system PrimeCell uses. The “Request a consultation” button opens it; its own privacy terms apply on its pages.
What if I am not sure which kind of care I need?
Book the evaluation that matches your main concern, or call (407) 512-8878 and we will help you choose. One physician evaluates pain, weight, hormone and aesthetic concerns, so the visit can cover more than one question.
Do I need to stop any medications before the visit?
Not for an evaluation. Do not stop any prescribed medication on your own; bring the list, and any changes needed before a procedure will be explained to you.
Start with a conversation, not a sales pitch.
