What to know before joining
Does membership guarantee a specific treatment?
No. Treatment selection remains individualized and subject to medical evaluation, clinical appropriateness, informed consent, product availability, and applicable laws and regulations.
Can I use my allowance across different services?
Eligible treatment value may be allocated across qualifying PrimeCell services as your goals and care plan evolve. Some services, products, fees, or third-party costs may be excluded.
How does the monthly payment option work?
With the 12-month prorated plan, base treatment credit and prorated bonus credit are added after each successful payment. Future months are not advanced.
Do unused credits roll over?
Credit use, expiration, cancellation, and transfer rules are governed by the current written membership agreement. Review the agreement carefully before enrollment.
Can membership value be refunded or transferred?
Membership fees, treatment credits, refunds, transfers, and cancellation terms are controlled by the signed membership agreement and applicable law.
