What is PrimeCell Regenerative & Aesthetic Medicine?
PrimeCell is the physician-led Orlando practice of Dr. Kenny Chantasi, DO — combining regenerative pain care, hormone therapy, medical weight management, and aesthetic medicine under one roof and one physician. It is a self-pay, by-appointment practice.
Where is PrimeCell located?
2295 South Hiawassee Road, Suite 103, Orlando, FL 32835. Serving MetroWest, Dr. Phillips, Windermere, Ocoee, Gotha, Winter Garden, and greater Orlando.
Do I need a referral to schedule a consultation?
No. PrimeCell is a self-pay, by-appointment practice — you can request a consultation directly online or by phone without a referral.
What should I bring to my first visit?
A photo ID, a list of current medications and supplements, and any relevant imaging, lab work, or records from prior treatment. This helps Dr. Chantasi build a complete picture during your evaluation.
Does PrimeCell accept insurance?
No. PrimeCell is a self-pay practice. Regenerative, aesthetic, hormone, weight-management, and membership services are not billed to insurance. Written estimates are provided before any procedure.
Regenerative & Pain Care
What kinds of pain does PrimeCell evaluate?
Joint, spine, tendon, ligament, muscle, and nerve-related pain — including back and neck pain, osteoarthritis, tendinopathy, and peripheral neuropathy.
What regenerative options does PrimeCell offer?
Depending on the clinical findings: PRP, PRF, prolotherapy, other orthobiologic preparations, and selected cellular or tissue-derived products. Exosome and stem-cell-derived products are not FDA-approved for orthopedic or pain-related use.
Can a regenerative procedure regrow cartilage or guarantee results?
Current evidence does not support promising that an injection will completely regrow cartilage or reverse arthritis. The goal is to determine whether treatment may reduce symptoms, improve function, or support rehabilitation.
Are the results permanent?
No treatment can responsibly be promised as permanent. Durability depends on diagnosis, structural stability, ongoing physical stress, and progression of the underlying condition.
Will I still need physical therapy or rehabilitation?
Possibly. Rehabilitation often remains an important part of improving strength, movement, and tolerance — a procedure does not replace it.
Hormone Therapy
What hormone care does PrimeCell provide?
Individualized evaluation and treatment for women navigating perimenopause and menopause, and for men with symptoms and confirmed low testosterone — including transdermal, oral, injection, and pellet options.
Is hormone therapy monitored over time?
Yes. Follow-up reviews symptoms, side effects, adherence, and relevant labs, and treatment may be adjusted, paused, or discontinued as needed.
Medical Weight Management
What does PrimeCell's medical weight management program include?
A medical consultation, an individualized GLP-1 medication plan when appropriate, nutrition guidance, movement and strength planning, and ongoing follow-up.
Can weight management be combined with hormone care?
Yes. Because pain, metabolic, hormone, and aesthetic goals often overlap, PrimeCell can coordinate care across these areas under one physician.

How much is the initial consultation?
The initial consultation is $97 through October 31, 2026.
How much do regenerative procedures cost?
Regenerative product components range from $600 to $5,000, depending on clinical findings, target area, product, concentration, and number of visits. See Stem Cell Therapy Cost for details.
Will I know the price before anything is scheduled?
Yes. Every treatment plan comes with a written estimate before any procedure begins, so financial responsibility is clear.
