- Records or notes from prior treatment, injections or surgery

Start with a telemedicine evaluation
Short answer
Yes. When scheduling in Prospyr you can choose a telemedicine new-patient evaluation instead of an in-office visit. It suits many weight-management, hormone and aesthetic conversations; pain and regenerative evaluations usually need an in-person examination.
Telemedicine may be available for eligible patients in Florida. An in-person examination, ultrasound or lab testing may still be needed before any treatment is recommended, and you will be told plainly when that is the case.

Kenny Chantasi, DO, board-certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and in Pain Medicine, performs the evaluations and procedures himself — so the person who examines you is the person who treats and follows you.

Evaluation first
Every visit starts with a diagnosis, not a predetermined product. “Not a candidate right now” is a valid outcome, and rehabilitation or conventional care is recommended when it is the better answer.

Self-pay, stated up front
PrimeCell does not bill insurance. You receive a written estimate before any procedure, and qualifying patients can use Cherry payment plans.

Can I walk in?
No. Visits are by appointment, Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM. Request a time online or call (407) 512-8878.
Do I have to come in for the first visit?
Not always. A telemedicine new-patient evaluation is available for eligible patients in Florida. Pain and regenerative evaluations usually need an in-person examination.
Do I need a referral?
No. PrimeCell is a self-pay practice and does not require a referral. Bringing prior imaging reports or recent labs is helpful but not required.
